Experience Passport
The Passport idea was an initiative of ours. Designed to build loyalty between the end customer and Land Rover Experience driving centres, the Passport contains the authentic courses that can be taken in any country and at any approved driving centre worldwide. This becomes a permanent record of each customer’s achievements and an indispensable travel document for driving enthusiasts, like the PADI for divers.
Containing a brief description of each course – in 4 languages – the Passport encouraged customers to take further courses and fostered a sense of a loyalty to such a prestigious ‘club’. What’s more, it enables Land Rover to communicate with consumers in smarter and more effective ways. From contacting those who are due to repeat courses to one-off loyalty offers, they are able to tailor communication to the specific requirements of the customer.
