Bullring goes to market

Bullring in Birmingham is one of Europe’s largest retail schemes. When one of the three original investors decided recently to sell their interest in the scheme, their agents, Cushman & Wakefield, approached Decoder to produce the marketing material.

The iconic, stylish shopping centre is reflected in the limited run of hand-finished brochures which we suggested as best use of their print budget. The impressive imagery is a mix of commissioned and sourced photography. The six-page hardcover, with a magnetic closure, is foiled and the inner pages feature a fold-out centre.


At time of going to press the sale is in final negotiations.
