Ailbhe Phelan

Ailbhe is Senior Designer and Company Director. The former Head Girl of a convent school joined in 1993 and provides ruthless organisation and great design, as well as moral guidance.
Likes: drawing, cooking and giving her (excellent) advice.

Mark Nolan

Mark set up Decoder in 1992 and is our Creative Director. He cut his design teeth as Graphic Designer at Harrods, where he looked after in-house packaging and promotions.
Likes: photography, music, film, bees.

Catherine Nolan

Catherine (or Kate) does the company books and office admin. She joined us in 2002 after working in the accounts department of BT and Abbey National.
Likes: shopping, family and a good glass of wine.
