How long does it take to complete a project?
This is decided on a project-by-project basis. Decoder initially creates a schedule / timeline working backward from your deadline. Then we follow the schedule every step of the way. And we’re proud to say we’ve never missed a deadline in our design life.

How much will it cost to work with Decoder?
Costs, of course, vary depending on the project scope, budget, and deadlines. We’re not the cheapest. We’re not the most expensive. Decoder provides the most value with excellent creative work you can depend on – delivered on time and within budget. Every time.

We have a limited budget, is that a problem?
Decoder will work with you to figure something out. We’re experts at making our clients’ money work hard. In cases that the job is too small for us to coordinate we will be happy to refer you to someone better suited to your needs.

How does Decoder handle printing and other third party suppliers?
We prefer to use our approved supplier-partners. We’ve built good relationships with all our suppliers over the years and aim to work with like-minded people who also hold high standards. This ensures quality control and adherence to budget and timing parameters. If you prefer that we use your suppliers we are equally happy to do so and we will charge a fee for any onsite reviews and quality checks.
